Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is TSD Danışmanlık Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Green Engineer is a brand of this company.

Scope

Visits to green.engineer and communication with us by e-mail.

When you visit the site

The site has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising tools. While pages are delivered to you, our content delivery and security provider Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, the requested address, date and time. The web software on our server is configured to keep no visit or error logs.

Purpose and legal basis — technical records

To keep the site secure and available, prevent misuse and fix faults, under KVKK Article 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest of the controller).

When you e-mail us

Your name, e-mail address, message content and any information you choose to add are processed to answer your request and manage the correspondence. The legal basis is KVKK Article 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest); 5/2-(c) where your request relates to establishing a contract; and 5/2-(ç) where legislation requires retention. Our e-mail service is provided by Google (Google Workspace).

Recipients

Our service providers: Cloudflare (content delivery and security; US-based, global infrastructure), Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting; Germany) and Google (e-mail; US-based). As these providers are located abroad, these transfers are subject to KVKK Article 9. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.

Retention

Technical records are kept as long as necessary for the purposes above and within the provider's retention rules. E-mail correspondence is kept until your request is concluded and the period set by the relevant legislation expires; it is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, request that these actions be notified to recipients, object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can send your request in writing to the postal address below or to our e-mail address, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
